UV Curing Conveyor Belts

Miltec offers solid rubber conveyor belts and open mesh conveyor belts that offer superb UV resistance properties with broad operating temperature ranges (up to 550°F for open mesh belts and 325°F for the solid rubber belts). These conveyor belts are commonly used for transporting a wide variety of products through a UV curing tunnel.

The following specifications are needed in order to accurately quote a conveyor belt. Request a made to order belt.

• Length and width of the belt (in inches)?
• What is the diameter of the pulley?
• Material Type? (Select MC200, MC300, MC400HD or MC400K)
• Splice Type? Choose Alligator, Loop, Clipper or Softseal Loop (see blog post for details)
• Is there a flap over the splice?
• How is your current belt tracked?
