UV Power Map II

The UV PowerMAP® II is a compact, profiling radiometer tool for analyzing multi-lamp systems during production with a single pass. It’s 60% smaller than the original PowerMAP® and is used for measuring peak intensity and total energy density in one spectral region selected by the customer. UVA, UVB, UVC, and UVV spectral regions are available at a sampling rate of up to 2048 samples per second. This unit also features “Pause Mode” which allows the user to “pause” the unit to collect information on up to eight different UV systems. The unit then transfers data to a computer and breaks down the data into individual files. This radiometer also allows you to view and compare two sample readings together and the PowerView Software III then calculates the UV output difference automatically. It’s the perfect tool for analyzing multi-lamp production systems with just a single pass. This reduces troubleshooting time from hours to minutes, reducing costly downtime. The UV PowerMAP® II increases your process control, reduces product waste, an increases bottom line profits.

Benefits and Features
  • Irradiance (W/cm²).
  • Energy density (J/cm²).
  • Irradiance profile (Watts/cm² as a function of time).
  • Temperature profile (°C as a function of time).
  • 60% smaller than the original PowerMAP®.
  • Measures in four spectral regions (UVA, UVB, UVC, UVV) in a 10W/cm² dynamic range.
  • Ultra-fast, user adjustable sampling rate-up to 2048 samples/second ensures high resolution even at high speeds.
  • Offset optics for easy measurement at conveyor edge.
  • Type J thermocouple records temperatures from 0-500° C.
  • Low, narrow profile to allow access to most curing applications.
  • Rugged aluminum chassis and stainless-steel case, PC communications cable included.
