These Belts are manufactured from woven fiberglass cloth that is coated with TeflonTM , giving them superb UV resistant properties. This coating, combined with the excellent strength characteristics, and broad operating temperature range (+550 F) results in a product appropriate for use in a variety of demanding drying and UV curing applications. With an open area of 70%, there is a high level of air flow increasing the rate of drying while reducing power consumption.
We recommend an automatic tracker on all solid coated Teflon belting over 24″ in width adn 30′ in length.
