Miltec’s Hot Mirror Quartz plates are used to reduce the heat load from the lamp to the substrate by blocking a portion of the infrared energy produced by the UV lamp. The Hot Mirror quartz would be positioned between the lamp and substrate, which will also isolate the lamp’s cooling air from the substrate.
